Certificate III in Automotive - Heavy Vehicle Mechanic - Shepparton

The Apprenticeship Factory is seeking a suitable candidate to undertake an apprenticeship in the automotive industry.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • interest in forklift and farming equipment
  • a genuine passion for the industry

Certificate III in Business Traineeship - Ardmona/Mooroopna

The Apprenticeship Factory is seeking candidates for a business traineeship in the Ardmona / Mooroopna area.

This is a full-time ongoing position Monday - Friday, with an ability to work to 5.30 - 6.00pm on Fridays.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Competent computer skills

Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) - Strathmerton

The Apprenticeship Factory currently has a vacancy for a 2nd or 3rd year Engineering Fabrication apprentice in the Strathmerton area.

The successful applicant will join a long-established, family owned and operated engineering business, which services a range of areas including, but not limited to, custom fabrication, trailer fabrication, general engineering and  machinery modification and maintenance and on farm services.

Applicants must have the relevant knowledge and experience expected of an apprentice in their 2nd or 3rd year of their apprenticeship and have confidence in using the variety of machines within the workshop, such as milling machines, lathes, presses, plasma cutters etc.

Ideally, the apprentice will have their driver's licence or at least have their own reliable transport.

This full time position would suit someone with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be computer literate.

Certificate III in Agriculture - Youanmite

The Apprenticeship Factory is seeking applications for a Full-time agriculture trainee. The position is located on a broad acre cropping/sheep farm around the Youanmite-Youarang-Katamatite district.

Duties include machinery operations (tractors, headers, seeders, spray booms etc.), stock handling, and various other farm maintenance duties.

This position is full-time (minimum 38 hours p/wk) but has the potential for the trainee to work additional overtime hours if they desire.

If you love working outdoors, using various large-scale farm machinery & getting your hands dirty through physical labour, then a potential career in the agriculture industry could be for you!  A driver’s licence is preferred, applicant must have reliable transport & any previous farming/machinery operations experience would be considered an advantage.
